Bartender and owner of Druida bar & drinks in Onda since we opened it in 2007. 23 years of work experience in the sector, 18 of them as owner.
Profile
At the age of 21, together with a partner, we started the adventure of running a hospitality business. I come from a family dedicated to the hospitality industry for many years and my childhood and adolescence cannot be understood without the memories of life in the bar.
Self-taught in continuous training, luckily, now I also give trainings for establishments and masterclasses together with Toni Cortés for Teichenné.

Current projects
Right now we are embarking on the adventure of “take away” and “delivery” of cocktails.
In addition, together with our colleagues at Canalla (CS), we have launched a pioneering initiative, #BarmanADomicili.
Industry vision
Right now the situation is extremely complicated, the only option left is to resist and reinvent ourselves. Many will fall, those who remain open have a bright future ahead of them. That is our goal. Resist.

I have been part of the #TeichennéFamily for 5 years now. I am proud to be part of a company with these characteristics, family-run, with a history and always looking for ways to obtain the best products to compete in a very complicated market.

Gin L’Arbre no doubt.
We also love Kinross gin Tropic and grapefruit, mango, lychee, and ginger liqueurs.
Mezcal is also one of our favourites.
