Para elaborar Level Gin Reserva maceramos nuestra selección de botánicos y realizamos tres destilaciones.
Once we obtain the cleanest and purest part of the latest distillation, we leave it to rest for a minimum of 8 months in our American oak casks where we have previously aged brandy for decades.
Its tasting is enhanced with a tonic water of medium sweetness in preparation for the classic Gin and Tonic.
It is highly recommended to pair it with juniper berries and lime peel. It will also enhance other typical gin-based cocktails and can be enjoyed in its fullest form as an appetiser or digestive, served on its own, in a shot glass or on the rocks.
Tasting note
Appearance: Golden colour with amber iridescence.. Brillant.
Scent: Intense and elegant aroma dominated by juniper and cardamom notes. These hints are perfectly blended with subtle floral notes that combine perfectly with light toasted, roasted and spicy notes, acquired during its ageing in oak barrels.
Taste: Intense flavour. Dry on the palate, it is a cult gin, perfect on its own and in a gin and tonic.
