Since I was a child I was lucky that both my brother Nacho, in Malaga, and my uncle Jose Miguel, in Algeciras, had the best bars and clubs in the area, so I was able to combine my time at the bar at weekends with my studies and earn a few bucks, and so I started to fool around with the cocktail bar.<\/p>\n

Years later, I began to read and meet reputed people in the industry, such as Alberto Pizarro, and even Ferran Adri\u00e1 encouraged me to bring to the cocktail bar little to little what he does in the kitchen, “with all due respect to the magician”.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Garden (La Terraza) is a privileged place for its view and location in the area. It has 5 bars, one of which I “work” with my Mixology Corner.<\/p>\n

There is party and ambience every day, with its large terrace and table service, but the COVID and its restrictions forced us to close in the middle of August. We hope to be able to open in April 2021 if the pandemic improves, so that we can all enjoy it.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kinross Gin is great fun in cocktails, and fresh and popular in GinTonic.<\/p>\n

The Strawberry Cream with Tequila is very successful and has disrupted the market.<\/p>\n
