At the age of 21, together with a partner, we started the adventure of running a hospitality business. I come from a family dedicated to the hospitality industry for many years and my childhood and adolescence cannot be understood without the memories of life in the bar.<\/p>\n

Self-taught in continuous training, luckily, now I also give trainings for establishments and masterclasses together with Toni Cort\u00e9s for Teichenn\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Right now we are embarking on the adventure of “take away” and “delivery” of cocktails.<\/p>\n
