He is part of the second class of the Master’s Degree in Modern Cocktails at the prestigious Basque Culinary Center (San Sebastian), thus obtaining the only university qualification in this sector in our country. He has competed in national contests, creating the recipe for the best Gin & Tonic in Spain in 2018 and being a member of the Levante cocktail team two years in a row, captaining it the last one. Lorenzo is, together with his brother Alejandro, the third generation of “GRAVYS Cocteler\u00eda” in Villena.
